Types of Gynecologic Cancer:

Cervical Cancer :
When detected early, as with screening by regular pelvic exams and Pap tests, treatment is usually successful with surgery alone. we provide
Loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) & cone biopsy (conization) for precancerous lesions
Radical Hysterectomy( laparoscopic/ open) for early stage cancers
Chemo-radiation (CT+RT) for locally advanced carcinoma of cervix or elderly with early stage
Unlike other gynaecological tumors, ovarian tumors can occur in all age groups. During adolescence common to develop simple cysts and occasionally germ cell tumors which are curable. During reproductive years many women develop endometriotic and benign ovarian cysts. Beyond 40 yrs any new lesions should be suspected for cancer.
Most of the tumors arising from ovaries are noncancerous and are managed with the operation. Ovarian cancer is the most serious of gynecologic cancers. Symptoms of ovarian cancer, particularly in the early stages, often are not acute or intense. When they do appear, the cancer is often in an advanced stage. Surgical Options we offer

Uterus / Endometrial Cancers
Any woman above Age 50 with diabetes, hypertension, obesity and family history of cancer are at risk. uterine cancers either carcinomas or sarcomas and are treated by surgery laparoscopic or open. Radiotherapy is used in high-grade tumors or locally advanced tumors
Vulval Cancers: Are rare, managed with Radical vulvectomy/ wide excision / inguinal block dissections
